In line with the changes to EU law on data protection effective from 25/5/18, I have updated and set out below my Privacy Policy.

The personal data I collect from you includes: 

  • Your name and email address when you contact me or send an enquiry via my website.

  • Your medical details provided on the health questionnaire in order for you to participate safely in my classes or personal training sessions

  • The contact details of the person you nominate as your emergency contact person.

  • Your purchase history of classes and services.

I collect this information in order to ensure that I have all the relevant information needed to determine the best exercise for your needs.

How Your Data is Stored and Secured
I do not share your data with anyone else. My website is hosted on the platform. provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. have their own data privacy policy which can be viewed on their website.

Also any information you provide me with in paper format is stored in a lockable filing cabinet.

How Long We Keep Your Data

I will only retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this document and/or the law requires me to. In general, this means that I will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years since last active.

Your Rights
You have the right to request information about how your personal data is processed and a copy of that personal data. You can request that anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately. You can also raise an objection about how your personal data is processed and request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer a justification for it and ask that the processing of your personal data is restricted in certain circumstances.

I will send you email updates or text messages about your bookings and class updates and appointment reminders. I very rarely send out promotional emails. The frequency of these emails may increase if there are a number of important changes with my services. If you wish to make any changes to the way I contact you, the best way is to get in touch with me directly and I can manage your preferences directly. Additionally, if you have never received class information and updates and wish to subscribe please also do get in touch. If you would like to completely unsubscribe, the easiest way is to click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my emails.

I may change this privacy policy. Any changes to this privacy policy will apply to you and your data immediately. If these changes affect how your personal data is processed, I will take reasonable steps to let you know.
