I have learnt from this that enjoyment is the most important aspect of any training and I will work to motivate you while keeping sessions fun.I am also a fully qualified and experienced Pilates instructor running classes in the local area.
I have my own private studio in the Roundhay area of Leeds.I am experienced in working with a wide variety of individuals and groups with a broad spectrum of needs. These range from GP referral clients to individuals simply wanting to improve their fitness, lifestyle or appearance or to train for an event.

As a new client you will receive a free consultation to explore your needs and to ask any questions you may have.
Once you have decided that you would like to go ahead, the next meeting will be to further develop your goals based on a detailed health and fitness assessment, which normally takes an hour. I have a private studio for our sessions and Roundhay Park is on the doorstep for outdoor training if this is what you want.
I will then devise an individualised programme of training sessions that will get you moving towards achieving your aims. I will give you explanations and demonstrations and stay with you throughout to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit.
I will monitor and regularly review your progress. I will even advise on what you should be doing when you are not with me to keep you on track!
I can provide training sessions for you as an individual or for a small group of friends if you prefer. I also provide stand alone fitness programmes for you to follow to be reviewed at regular intervals.
I am highly skilled at enabling you to fit exercise in to your daily life and will work with you to ensure it becomes part of your lifestyle. This is the only way to achieve life long results.

There is so much advice around at the moment about what we should and should not eat that sometimes it is hard to make informed choices.
As an expert in nutrition I will help you to eat more healthily and enjoyably.
By asking you to keep a food diary I will look at your current eating habits. I will also find out what foods you like to eat and will help you to come up with an enjoyable and healthy diet.
As an extra one to one service I will even come shopping with you to help you to choose more healthy foods if that is what you would like.
I am also a fully qualified and experienced
I run a number of classes in the local area where I keep the numbers small to ensure clients feel comfortable and so I can easily help out when needed to get the most out of the moves.
Pilates is excellent for specific postural issues, to relieve neck and back pain/tension and to improve flexibility. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
All my classes are mixed ability with beginners welcome.
