I have over 15 years of experience in training and coaching.
I have learnt from this that enjoyment is the most important aspect of any training and I will work to motivate you while keeping sessions fun.I am also a fully qualified and experienced Pilates instructor running classes in the local area.
I have my own private studio in the Roundhay area of Leeds.I am experienced in working with a wide variety of individuals and groups with a broad spectrum of needs. These range from GP referral clients to individuals simply wanting to improve their fitness, lifestyle or appearance or to train for an event.

I run a number of classes in the local area where I keep the numbers small to ensure clients feel comfortable and so I can easily help out when needed to get the most out of the moves.
Pilates is excellent for specific postural issues, to relieve neck and back pain/tension and to improve flexibility. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
All my classes are mixed ability with beginners welcome.
